Ingredients :
6 red peppers; thick julienne cut   
1 potato peeled; diced   
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil   
2 red onions; thick julienne cut   
4 plum tomatoes; thick julienne cut   
1 teaspoon white pepper   
2 cloves garlic minced   
6 cups vegetable stock   
1 cup white wine (Chardonnay)   
Sea salt; to taste   


Preparation:  
1- Select the *Soup/Stew* mode to the Power Pressure Cooker XL along with set for 15 minutes.   
2- Add the red peppers, onion and garlic on the heating pot. Sauté for 4 minutes.   
3- Stir out of all remaining Ingredients in the soup.   
4- Secure the lid and turn pressure to succeed knob towards the closed position.   
5- Once done; release the stress completely and take away the lid.   

6- Remove the basket and add the steamed potatoes for that Power Pressure Cooker Xl. Stir well and serve warm.
