Ingredients :
1/2 cup leek; chopped   
2 bunches celery; diced
2 sweet yellow onions; diced   
1 teaspoon black pepper   
1 teaspoon red paprika   
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese   
1 cup coconut milk   
1 cup vegetable broth   
1 teaspoon dill   
Sea salt; to taste   


Preparation:  
1- Select the *Soup/Stew* mode for the Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang for 8 minutes. 2- Add all of the Ingredients towards the heating pot, except for the cheese.
3- Secure the lid and turn pressure to succeed knob for the closed position.   
4- Once done; release pressure completely and take away the lid.   

5- Stir inside cheese and permit it to go melt set for 5 minutes. Mix well and serve warm.
