Ingredients :
2 1/2 lbs. carrots large diced   
2 tablespoons ginger fresh; peeled, chopped  
3 tablespoons unsalted butter   
1 cup milk   
3 tablespoons essential olive oil   
1 cup chopped onion   
2 clove garlic minced   
4 cups vegetable broth   
1 cup dry white wine   
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper   
Sea salt; to taste   
Cream and cilantro for Garnish


Preparation:  
1- Select the *Soup/Stew* mode about the Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang up up for half an hour.   
2- Add all with the Ingredients for the heating pot using the exception with the cream and cilantro.   
3- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob on the closed position.   
4- Once done; release pressure to succeed completely and take off the lid.   
5- Use a hand blender to puree the cooked mixture.

6- Garnish with cream and cilantro. Serve warm and get.
